for 1856, with octagonal 6in. barrel, the top-flat signed on two lines within brackets 'ADDRESS COL. COLT LONDON' (rubbed), five-shot cylinder with roll-engraved stagecoach scene, open iron frame marked 'COLTS PATENT', iron grip-straps and trigger-guard with slight traces of blued finish, smooth walnut one-piece grip and articulated under-barrel rammer, slight traces of finish, all matching numbers
